When you do finally lift off the sublime toilet tank lid and look inside everything appears to be minus some stains pretty much like it was when it was new ... all parts in place and correctly attached. Except for the krill wrapping its many appendages around a discharge rod extending from the largest pipe clamp to the lever and child dungeness crab playing with the fill valve that controls the tank's water level. Signals and concerns seems to have led to a slightly more active imagination.
