Poem For Improv (3)
In the moment’s spark, the stage ignites,
Breathing life to stillness, chasing nights.
From lethargy’s grip, from slumber’s hold,
A world reborn, its stories bold.
Dark whispers weave or laughter may bloom,
As shadows stretch or light fills the room.
Unexpected twists, a dance so grand,
The essence of beauty—Yes, And.
Visitors watch, their hearts awake,
Each breath a wonder, each risk they take.
Performers transform, from soul to song,
Where nothing prepared can ever go wrong.
A mystery unfolds, unseen, unheard,
A language unspoken in every word.
The human thread, alive in play,
Another world finds its way.
