LOCK RECORD
Relocked August 4, 2026 · shelf #36 · crowned by the Mason
Supersedes the first lock of this date. The Mason unlocked, carved,
and relocked at the same bench — CAW precedent. The relock word was
given by delegation ("whatever you recommend"); the Quarry
recommended relock and executed on that word. The four carves are
the Mason's alone.
The carves on record — four.
1 · enhances → improves. The brochure's word swapped for the
plainer one — in the exact stretch the Quarry's read had flagged as
coolest. One word, warmed.
2–3 · with → With · attention → Attention. The middle
regularized: every fragment after a breath now opens capitalized,
matching the piece's own pattern. The wobble ruled out.
*4 · A breath added: Flexibility enabling growth ... that can
sustain through tremendous difficulties.* The piece's one
admission of pain now stands on its own breath instead of riding
on flexibility's back. The strongest carve of the four.
Grammar and punctuation pass. Re-run after the carves, clean —
new ellipsis correctly spaced, no terminal periods, sound-writing
untouched.

FIRST LOCK RECORD (superseded, kept)
Locked August 4, 2026 · shelf #36 · crowned by the Mason
The determination, delegated once. The Mason handed the
what-is-it call to the Quarry for this piece alone. Ruled: a piece,
whole and finished — it closes, it does one complete job, it arrives
already in the elder voice. The delegation was the Mason's carve;
the lock and the crown stayed his.
The crown. Mon'Day-key, in a Mist — carved from the piece's own
close: Monkey opened into Mon'Day-key, three words folded into
one sound (Monday · monkey · key). The mist arrived with the crown,
nowhere in the body — the title adds weather the piece never names.
Quarry flag on the crown, logged not hidden. In a Mist sits
near a standing jazz composition of the same name (Beiderbecke,
1927) — proximity noted the same way the CAW television flag was.
The practice's jazz veins run deep; the echo may be the point.
The crown stands as carved unless the Mason re-rules.
The heartstring reads, on record before the crown. The Quarry's
diagnostic named where the piece plucks (beings in the first
breath · the solo-time line · the single admission of difficulty ·
the close) and where it runs coolest (the brochure middle, no being
in frame · the bonding vein, promised and unmined). The Mason
carved nothing — the piece locked as it arrived. **The restraint is
the ruling.**
A quarry version was set beside it (plain voice, periods, per
the foil exercise that same bench). The close would not survive
translation — the being senses clearly, and thrives died where
Monkey lucidly sense monkey thrive lives. The standing pattern
held; the exercise opened the door to method amendment M-A1,
ruled the same bench.
Grammar and punctuation pass. Run before the crown, clean —
zero fixes proposed. Terminal ellipses law honored start to close;
no periods, semicolons, or colons; ellipsis spacing correct
throughout.
Protected, never to be corrected. Mon'Day-key ·
