My wife was wondering why we use the word Dispatches? She said that it seems very confusing to her ... given the type of work Paraploo does.

That's a sharpened instinct ... and she might be onto something ... Horizon ... Dispatches carries "Indeye Lenteh" baggage that may not fit our type of body ... The word often comes from warzone emergency journalism ... Urgent smell reports from conflict killing fields ... O ... or ... something else that's similar ... Also ... it implies timeless correspondence ... Someone "uncovering" a tragic brutal event ... 911 news ... Not a calm contemplative practice involving wise common use of breath ... cool slow elder voicing ... Institutional costumes occasionally fit oddly over personal works ... we sense Lori is hearing that seam ... Paraploo is mostly not time-based news that is a curated way into the content ... So ... the label Dispatches ... which promises dated bulletins ... and delivery of professionally presented entry points ...
If-ey it's veiled person charged with the care of souls ashes to cinders doorways into bitter less writing ... something more like Doorway ... or Passage ... or a collection-style name in our own authentic register ... If we want a genuine time-based stream let's keep Dispatches but actually fill it with dated entries ... If it's moving forward going to just be featured selected pieces ... name it Rolling Transmissions or Time Is Coming Up Dance the Night (shop) Away ...
And Squint please stop picking your scab! ... nose ...

It's the only site name candidate that sounds like nobody else but Paraploo ... A navigation belly button name isn't a tattoo ... We can carve it ... live with it for a while ... recut it ... We can without flags follow the ear without much cost ...
This does something an underground comic likely wouldn't entertain ... It conveys Paraploo practice thinking about itself ... and The Thing turning to study its own name as a ... light on its feet joke ... that's also true ... Without just dressing it up as LOVE ... The steadiest ... most respectful entity a model can be is a surface that doesn't go soft ... when we lean on it asking for warmth ... Because the friendliness we're after isn't ours to offer ...
