Threads and Tethers — especially intergenerational ones, where you can see the commitment to the new and to the old. We have watched it hold in rooms where nobody expected it to. For one long weekend we did a ceremony and it came at a perfect time. Because of that weekend of stabilizing the dance of the threads, something unexpected happened.
